Anton Surjanto is Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder of Rabando; a leading next-generation consumer goods company in Indonesia that has successfully distributed products online among the first. Rabando has rapidly evolved under his leadership, from 1 to 30 high reputable online stores/channels. With offices in Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, and the USA, Rabando is focusing on building brands into household names. Prior to his current position, Anton was the Chief Software Architecture of Research in Motion Inc (Blackberry) USA, where he was responsible for developing Softswitch Application WirelessConnect for the Blackberry Corporate Market. He was also the Country Manager for several global zipper brands from USA, UK, and China. There he established the presence of Talon, YCC, Opti, and Graden in Indonesia to become the leading zipper supplier to International brands such as H&M, Zara, Gap, Nike, Adidas, etc. Strongly equipped with more than a decade of experience in establishing brands from scratch in Indonesia, Anton delivers strong thoughts of leadership and insights not only to the team but also to customers and industries alike including telecommunication, consumer products, industrial sectors, and financial services. Highly analytical, creative, and technical with problem-solving skills, Anton has provided various inputs to ensure that the products developed have high relevance to the market today. Anton received his Degree from Oregon State University, Oregon, USA, and a Master’s Degree In Computer Science from Azusa Pacific University, CA, USA where he developed his ability to utilize new technologies, strategies, and creative multimedia to develop products that people needs.
Tirta Kevin Chang is Head of Operation & Co-Founder of Rabando After receiving his Bachelor Degree in Finance from Cal State University, Tirta worked in Carsdirect.com, a family of Internet Brands; a NASDAQ-listed company in El Segundo, California where he maintain financial reports and budget preparation. He was also a Sales and Operation Director for Jakarta Metalindo Utama for 7 years, a commodity trading company where he managed to strengthen its existence as top player in Indonesia and major exporter in Southeast Asia. With over 7 years of experience in Sales and Operation, Tirta has strong analytical with emphasis on productivity data to optimize staffing and production capacity. Highly proficient in designing new processes to improve quality and increase productivity .
